Mr. Rogers handles commercial and residential closings. With his responsive staff, he guides each client through the real estate process, and makes every effort to create a smooth transaction. He negotiates real estate contracts and ensures each client’s interests are protected, beginning with the initial offer to purchase and sell. He is title agent for Connecticut Attorney’s Title Insurance Company and has access to its fine staff of lawyers for counsel on peculiar real estate issues.
